Java Offshore is committed to eradicate any form of Bribery, Corruption and Facilitation whether through direct or indirect involvement of any of its employees, contractors or any individual(s) representing the Company.

Java Offshore aims to ensure that you and the Company will not at any time knowingly breach any relevant anti bribery and/or anti-corruption legislation of the Countries within which we operate. It is every individuals’ obligation to prevent bribery and corruption in the Company and to ensure that any interaction with public officials complies with the defined policy and any prevailing relevant laws of the country.

It is important that you inform our Compliance Officer as soon as possible if you are offered a bribe by a third party, are asked to make one, suspect that this may happen in the future, or believe that you are a victim of another form of unlawful activity.
